Role Overview

As a Sr. Learner Success Associate, you will be the bridge between ambitious learners and transformative career opportunities. You’ll counsel prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right program, ensuring a smooth and impactful onboarding journey.

Beyond just sales, this role involves building trust, shaping learner experiences, and directly contributing to our mission of creating future-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners to understand their aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Counsel and guide candidates through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating Digiaccel’s and Altera’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and communication teams to refine outreach and learner engagement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, track the sales pipeline, and provide insights for process improvements.
• Contribute to enrolment targets while ensuring a strong focus on learner satisfaction and long-term outcomes.
