Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious intern or recent graduate to join our innovative AI team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology who is eager to learn and work on cutting-edge  agentic AI systems . You will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals to develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, refining, and deploying intelligent AI agents for various workflows, including automation, data analysis, and customer support.
• Learn and implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs, such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, and design effective prompts and reasoning chains to guide agent behavior.
• Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings to provide agents with context and memory.
• Connect AI agents to external tools, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and APIs, such as CRM, email, and calendar, to enhance their functionality and enable action-taking.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking to ensure AI agents are accurate, reliable, and free from bias or "hallucinations".
• Participate in team meetings, document workflows and technical specifications, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agentic AI, automation trends, and research papers, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
