We are looking for a seasoned

Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the Recruitment and Performance Management functions for the organization. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management systems (PMS), employee life cycle management, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-driven, process-oriented, and capable of partnering with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments.

Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and market mapping.

Manage coordination with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.

Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and selection processes.

Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.

Manage recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire.

Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.

Work closely with department heads to define KRAs, KPIs, and goal alignment.

Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to management.

Implement training interventions based on performance evaluations.

Ensure PMS policy compliance and handle employee grievances related to performance.

Continuously improve PMS frameworks to enhance efficiency and fairness.

3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

Support HR policies, SOPs, and compliance.

Conduct engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and culture development activities.

Manage employee lifecycle documentation and HRIS-related tasks.

Handle disciplinary, conduct, and performance cases in coordination with management.

4. Strategic HR Initiatives

Contribute to talent planning, succession planning, and workforce development.

Partner with leadership for organization design and restructuring needs.

Provide HR analytics, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
