The LeadGen Media is looking for a driven, confident, and English-fluent SDR to help us connect with coaches in the US market and book qualified appointments for our agency.

Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location : Remote
Salary : ₹8,000 / month + performance-based incentives (25 percent of the total sales amount after the target has been achieved)
Sales Target : ₹50,000
Experience Required : Minimum 6 months in sales
Reports to : Founder (Rashid)
What You Will Do
Make cold calls to US-based coaches
Generate interest and explain our services clearly
Qualify prospects based on simple criteria
Book appointments for our sales team
Maintain records through Google Sheets, Docs, and basic CRM processes
Follow scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and daily targets
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Strong English communication skills (professional tone required)
Comfortable with cold calling US leads
Confident, persistent, and target-driven
Someone who takes ownership and follows through
Basic proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and online tools
High-energy personality with a hunger to grow
