AI Engineering Manager

Description : About the Role :

The AI Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap of building a scalable, compliant, and cost-efficient AI / ML platform.

This platform will integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into doolas product and internal tools.

As a priority, the role focuses on enhancing customer experience, improving efficiency, and ensuring governance as the company scales its Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and drive the AI roadmap to align with business objectives.
• Build scalable machine learning and data infrastructure.
• Deploy domain-adapted LLMs into production environments.
• Ensure the AI platform is reliable, cost-optimized, and compliant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to power customer-facing features and internal efficiencies.
