Purpose

Objective is to handle / submit US service contracts, Validation of TLI , Quoting Guideline rates, create F2F SQ and integration of service contract into LARA system as per agreed timeline and accuracy

Key Responsibilities :

• To follow relevant SOP procedures for Service Contract New Proposal creation, Amendment, TLI validation, Guideline Quoting, F2F SQ creation and Contract Upload as per agreed procedure
• Responsible for reverting the New Proposal / Amendment / TLI request received on the agreed TAT
• Prepare Accurate error free contract as per the instruction received
• Achieved individual & Team SLA and TAT targets.
• Do regular follow-up with trades and agencies for any RFI raised and make the pending cleared from the pending tray.
• Need to share the new learning and also document the same as reference material for future use.
• To develop good working relation within the team members and should work as a team.
• To cross trained and should be flexible to learn new process within the team

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Qualification : 1. Graduate from any stream.

Experience : 1-4 years of experience in service contracts or commercial Shipping willing to work in Shifts

Certifications (if any) : Basic MS office Certification and / or advance excel knowledge (Preferred).
