Job Description- Assistant Accounts & Finance Manager
Key Management & Reporting :
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
ERP & System Management :
Oversee finance and accounting modules in the ERP system and ensure seamless integration with other business functions.Work closely with the IT and ERP teams to optimize financial workflows within the software.Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot financial discrepancies in the ERP system.Taxation & Compliance :
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances.Support in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Control & Cash Flow Management :Monitor cash flows and working capital to ensure financial stability.Implement cost control measures and financial discipline across departments.Conduct financial risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.Stakeholder Coordination & Team Management :
Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies for financial operations.Support the finance team in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.Key & Experience :
Education : MBA (Finance) / M.Com
Experience : 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the IT / software / ERP industry.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Experience working with ERP-based accounting systemsSkills & Competencies :
