Job Summary :

We are hiring a sharp and experienced Finance Manager – Accounts Payable to lead and streamline our non-trade AP operations. This role demands strong control, compliance, reporting, and automation expertise within a fast-paced digital marketplace environment.

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end non-trade AP activities : invoice processing, provisioning, approvals, and payments
• Ensure timely, policy-compliant vendor payments and manage AP TATs and accuracy
• Drive process optimization, automation, and digitization initiatives across the AP lifecycle
• Enforce internal controls around vendor master data and invoice approvals
• Own monthly closing for non-trade expenses, dashboards, PvA analysis, and payment tracking
• Manage audits, prepare schedules, and lead walkthroughs for statutory / internal reviews
• Collaborate on strategic finance projects including restructures and new vendor setups

Role Requirements :

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (Full-time, on-site)

Salary : Depending on experience, with potential equity options for high-performing candidates
