Reservation Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team in Mumbai India. As a Reservation Executive you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact. • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone email and online booking platforms
• Provide detailed information about room types rates availability and hotel amenities to potential guests
• Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue and enhance guest experiences
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are recorded
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any booking-related issues
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions packages and local events
• Generate and distribute daily reservation reports to relevant departments
• Assist in managing group bookings and corporate accounts
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards in all reservation processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation procedures and guest satisfaction metrics
