Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Microsoft Azure , along with some exposure to Gen AI or Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data pipelines, optimizing cloud-based data solutions, and contributing to AI-driven initiatives aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines using Python and Azure data services.

Implement ETL / ELT processes and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Develop data integration solutions across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

Work closely with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to support Gen AI and Agentic AI model training, deployment, and data readiness.

Optimize Azure-based data architectures (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse).

Implement CI / CD pipelines for data workflows using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data performance and scalability .

Lead and mentor the data engineering team in adopting best practices and new technologies.

Stay updated on evolving AI trends and automation related to data engineering.

Must-Have Skills :

Python programming (advanced level) – including scripting, data processing, and automation.

Azure Data Services : Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Storage.

SQL (strong proficiency) and database optimization.

Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and architecture .

Experience with ETL / ELT tools and data pipeline orchestration .

Exposure to Gen AI or Agentic AI tools / technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LLM-based data integration).
