Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can drive both technical excellence and delivery success across our growing portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own full project delivery : planning, execution, timelines, and closure
• Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers (and possibly QA / DevOps)
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Drive process improvement, delivery excellence, and team performance
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and ensure profitability
