We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can drive both technical excellence and delivery success across our growing portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own full project delivery : planning, execution, timelines, and closure
- Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers (and possibly QA / DevOps)
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, delivery excellence, and team performance
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and ensure profitability
