Job descriptionAdvanced Excel proficiency (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboarding). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., IT, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering). 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical / reporting role. Ability to work independently during night hours. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Job Title : Data Analyst (Night Shift)
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift Timing : 9 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM
Availability : Immediate Joiners
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time night-shift position. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel , excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work with large datasets to support operational and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and other tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate outputs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of daily / weekly / monthly reports.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
