Job Title : Operations Engineer

Experience : 69 YearsLocation : BangaloreWork Mode : Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable)Availability : Weekend On-call Support (Primary Requirement)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud-based infrastructure monitoring automation and incident management. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in a 24x7 environment and available for weekend on-call support as part of operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Monitor and support production and non-production environments across multiple platforms.
• . Handle incident triage resolution and escalation using tools such as ServiceNow and Datadog.
• . Execute and manage scheduled jobs using Control-M Autosys or Airflow.
• . Troubleshoot system application and database issues efficiently.
• . Develop automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• . Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and uptime.
• . Maintain observability through dashboards and alerts using Splunk and Grafana.
• . Support and maintain data pipelines and integrations involving AWS and Snowflake.
