Job Summary :

CGI is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer Lead with strong experience in Angular and backend development using Java Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers drive end-to-end solution design ensure best coding practices and deliver scalable secure and high-performance applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Lead the design development and implementation of full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

Collaborate with business analysts architects and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee and guide the team on code reviews performance optimization and best development practices.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs microservices and database components.

Ensure application scalability security and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.

Manage version control CI / CD pipelines and deployments using tools like Git Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth application support and maintenance.

Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Participate in sprint planning estimation and agile ceremonies as a technical lead.

Qualifications :

8 years of hands-on development experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.

Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale cloud-ready full-stack applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
