What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top tier Institution.

Atleast 4 years of total relevant experience

Total 3+ years of experience working on Python and in Data Science

At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI models and machine learning algorithms.

High level of hands-on experience with most latest TTS and STT models is a huge plus

Proficiency in Python programming languages and frameworks.

Proficiency in using LLMs for natural language processing or generative AI tasks.

Proficiency in developing and deploying chatbot or conversational AI systems.

Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI patterns such as RAG and prompt engineering techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What will you do?

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models to automate human interviews exceptionally

Solid experience on building AI Voice agents is a huge plus

Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to implement AI models and integrate them into the core platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI experts, frontend and backend engineers to understand feature requirements and deliver AI solutions to delight customers.

Implement pre-trained models and train custom models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Assist in model optimization, evaluation, and performance testing and fine-tuning in an iterative manner.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning technologies and tools and bring new ideas to the team that will add value to the platform.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality.

Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability

Document technical specifications, code, and workflows.
