Job descriptionScout potential sites across Mumbai and other cities Conduct early feasibility assessments : area measurements, rental ranges, competition mapping, Prepare concise reports and comparisons to support decision-making Coordinate with landlords, brokers, architects, and vendors for site visits and data gathering Maintain operational dashboards for bookings, revenue, memberships, and expenses Assist with vendor coordination and procurement across all Serve Society locations Support creation and improvement of SOPs as the startup scales Assist with preparation of monthly performance and operational review reports Work directly with the founder on time-sensitive projects and strategic tasks Support launch readiness for new centers and help coordinate various internal teams Assist with research, data gathering, and creating structured documentation Graduate degree mandatory — no non-graduates for this role Strong analytical and organizational skills Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Interest in sports, wellness, or the startup ecosystem is preferred For interns : minimum commitment of 3–6 months Direct access to and mentorship from the founder A front-row seat inside a rapidly expanding sports & wellness brand
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts & Administrative Support
- Tally daily revenue, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial trackers
- Maintain agreements, vendor documents, invoices, and internal files
- Support coordination with accountants, auditors, and finance partners
Expansion & New Location Scouting
demand indicators, and access logistics
