JobSeeks4U Consultancy Services is looking for a high-performing Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through key account management and new customer acquisition in the bulk powder material handling industry .

This is a client-facing, technically oriented sales role suited for professionals who enjoy relationship building, consultative selling, and solution-driven discussions with industrial customers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the company with a strong understanding of standard and customized product offerings
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Handle complete pre & post-sales activities – lead generation to order closure, dispatch coordination & payment follow-ups
• Extensive travel (minimum 15 days / month) in the assigned region to meet clients and build long-term relationships
• Coordinate with Design & Technical team at HO to develop and recommend solutions
• Provide technical expertise while submitting quotes and converting them into sales
• Work with CRM / ERP tools for smooth process flow and reporting
• Generate MIS reports (monthly / quarterly / yearly) and analyze customer profitability
• Maintain market & competitor intelligence
• Coordinate with agents / dealers and Head Office
• Guide and mentor Sales Engineers to build a high-performance team
