Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in noida. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Daily tasks will include managing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing advertising strategies, and identifying opportunities for conversion optimization and user engagement. The individual will also collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Budget Management :

• Fully own the strategic allocation and planning of the annual marketing budget for the company's external paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
• Core Goal : Drive high-quality traffic to e-commerce platforms or brand owned channels at the lowest possible CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and highest ROI, ensuring the key market launch budget is utilized optimally.
• Establish and maintain a granular campaign structure and bidding models, continuously being responsible for overall ROAS.
