Roles & Responsibilities :

Requirements :

Experienced in 1040 OR 1065 OR 1120 tax forms.

Comprehensive understanding of federal and state corporate tax both S Corporation and C corporation returns and other allied informational forms such as 5472, 8883, 965, 5471, 8621, 926, 4562 etc.

Understanding on partnership return Form 1065 and other supporting forms.

Understanding of individual tax returns and other allied informational forms such as Fincen Form 114, Form 1116, Form 5471, Form 5472, Form8938 etc.

Review and filing of sales and use tax returns.

Experience on US tax advisory engagements, due diligence, direct and indirect state tax nexus analysis and other retainer services etc.

Liaising with tax departments on need basis for relevant engagements, tax notices, obtaining certificates etc.
