We're Hiring : Team Leader Voice Process

Location : Mumbai

Salary up to : 6lpa Annually.

What You'll Do :

Lead a team of customer service agents handling inbound / Outbound calls.

Monitor performance, coach team members, and drive results.

Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Prepare performance reports and ensure SLA compliance.

What We're Looking For :

Any Graduate

2+ Years of exp in Bpo

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a

Team Lead

in a

Customer Service Process.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
