Job Type : Full-time (On-field)

Experience : 0–1 year (Freshers preferred)

Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join Doorush as Field Executives .

You will be the face of the company on the ground , responsible for onboarding service partners (maids, cooks, helpers), verifying details, assisting them with the app, and ensuring smooth local operations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit different areas to identify and onboard potential maids, cooks, and helpers as Doorush partners.
Explain the Doorush app , registration process, and earning model to partners.
Collect and verify KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, etc.).
Support partners in installing and using the app properly.
Coordinate with the operations and support team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
Help resolve any field-level issues faced by partners.

Skills & Requirements

Freshers welcome — no prior field experienc

have good communication skills (Tam il & basic English preferred).Shoul
