Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary Technical Architect Leader to spearhead the modernization of a mission-critical application for Mining and Construction Industry. This role will drive the transformation of legacy systems into intelligent scalable cross deployable and AI-powered platforms. You will lead architectural strategy design and execution integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI / ML & autonomous agents to deliver enhanced operational value and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Leadership :

Define and evolve the technical architecture for the modernization.

Identify opportunities to embed AI / ML models and intelligent agents to automate decision-making and optimize operations.

Assess legacy systems and define a phased modernization roadmap.

Partner with product teams to conceptualize and deliver new features that create tangible business value.

Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.
