Job descriptionLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance for skill development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors in Delhi-NCR. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support. Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments within Delhi-NCR to expand the companys footprint. Develop and nurture partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders. Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts specific to the Delhi-NCR market for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Any Graduate can be considered too. 6 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the wooden flooring industry. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related tools. In-depth knowledge of Delhi-NCR market and its dynamics.
