Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading mentoring and empowering a high-performing sales team.
• Home Loan & LAP Sales Growth Drive sales through channel partners advisors connectors and the open market while seamlessly coordinating with banks and NBFCs for efficient loan processing.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing product development and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.
