Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern with MBA degree(2

nd

year students can apply). If you have prior experience of working in HR department, that will give an edge over other candidates. This role will offer you the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s talent strategy, operations, and culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and assist in payroll & compliance.
• Support employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist in performance management tracking and training coordination.
• Collaborate with leadership on HR process improvements
