Account Manager (Agency Background)

 Manage End to end Servicing & Relationship requirements of the clients being handled.

 Get a detailed insight of the client structure, strategies, products and marketing plans

 Understand the complete retainer and non retainer contract terms of trade and scope of

 Be the face of MRJ for the clients and address all the requirements, client may have basis the

retainer or non retainer contract signed.

 Ensure timely delivers to the services agreed with the client

 Understand and download the client brief clearly follow-up for the changes and updations if any

 Coordinate with the creative team and other support teams within the organization to get the

required quality output for the client on time

 Followup the client road map calendar and take approvals in advance to kick off the activities.

 Ensure weekly and monthly reviews with the internal team as well as the client to track the

progress

 Weekly / Monthly performance updates to the client and the MRJ stake holders
