Procurement & Contracts Head (Experience 25+ years in Procurement Management in Large EPC projects)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead demand forecasting and procurement planning to ensure timely availability of materials and services
• Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Achieve cost savings targets through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to corporate governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
