Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in our third-party manufacturing (private label) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry and a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in acquiring and managing brand clients for manufacturing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new brand clients looking for third-party manufacturing of skincare and personal care products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, startups, and established players in the beauty industry.
- Understand clients' product requirements and guide them through formulation, packaging, and production capabilities.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding and project execution to achieve sales closures.
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, packaging, regulatory) to deliver customized solutions as per client specifications.
- Track market trends, identify potential brand partners, and develop strategic approaches to expand the third-party manufacturing business.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in the beauty and personal care industry , preferably with exposure to third-party manufacturing or private label partnerships.Strong network within the skincare and personal care segment.Excellent client handling, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a focus on achieving sales closures.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Willingness to travel as needed.
