Position : Sales Trainer Department : L&D Reporting to : Regional Training Manager Requirements & Skills : Delivering exclusive sales training Minimum two years as a sales trainer Compete knowledge about sales process in BFSI Providing solution real time for sales problem in training Handled real time objection in BFSI industry Grooming etiquette as a trainer Visited field to understand the sales challenges. Qualification and skills : Demonstrated 4+ years of experience in BFSI industry, including knowledge of mortgage products. A Master’s degree in any stream Readiness to travel as required within the region.
