Job description7–10 years as a D365 CE Technical Consultant or Developer. Strong in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Power Automate . Expertise in Dataverse, Web Resources, Business Rules, Solution Management . Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Azure Functions, and integration frameworks . Understanding of CI / CD pipelines for Dynamics deployment. Knowledge of Meditech or healthcare data integrations is a plus. Ability to work closely with functional consultants and architects in Agile sprints . Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate. Prior experience in healthcare domain implementations . Exposure to Azure Logic Apps or RPA automation . Lead overall Power Platform solution architecture , ensuring alignment across D365 CE, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Define and enforce governance standards for environments, Dataverse schema, and solution management. Review and approve all technical designs, including : D365 CE extensions and plugins Power Automate flows and RPA components Power Pages architecture (site structure, authentication, integration) Data synchronization with external systems (Meditech, DGL, Pricing Master) Oversee integration design — APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors. Guide data migration design and ensure consistency across environments. Define performance optimization and security models for Power Platform components. Mentor technical teams and support pre-UAT and Go-Live readiness reviews .

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementation of TLC’s healthcare solution. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across D365 CE Sales & Service , Power Platform , and integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, extend, and customize D365 CE Sales and Service modules using Plugins, Power Automate, and JavaScript.
- Implement and optimize Pricing Tool logic for product-price synchronization, quote generation, and approval workflows.
- Build Power Pages (Portal) components for patient and consultant booking interfaces.
- Design and test system integrations via APIs, RPA, or file-based connectors.
- Collaborate with functional teams to convert requirements into Technical Design Documents (TDD) .
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization .
- Support data migration and transformation into Dataverse.
- Deploy managed solutions across environments ( Dev → UAT → Prod ).
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of custom solutions.
