- Provide support for all planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, analytical, and reporting related to G&A Expenses of the company
- Review actuals vs budget,(Variance Analysis) forecast and prior year and summarize analysis for business leaders
- Create assumption-based scenario models to show business leaders the costs of resource investments
- Work independently or collaboratively to create and evaluate business cases
- Pro-actively analyze data to uncover insights that increase business value
- Partner with technical resources to gather data and create reporting for business leaders
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis
- Other duties as assigned
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience utilizing ERP tool - Oracle BI, and other software systems(PDI) to query, analyze, and report financial, volume, and customer related data
- Ability to think creatively and translate numbers into meaningful reporting and recommendations
- Exceptional organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality about work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI is a strong plus
