ShyftLabs - Senior Full Stack Developer - Node.js / TypeScript

Description : POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, have strong expertise in frontend frameworks like React and Next.js, and hands-on experience with modern databases and deployment on AWS.

This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications (backend + frontend).
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop dynamic and responsive UI components with React.js and Next.js.
• Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and caching solutions like Elastic Cache.
• Manage deployments on AWS cloud services such as S3, EKS, and RDS.
• Optimize system performance, ensure application security, and implement best coding practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while ensuring scalability.
