We are looking for a Compliance Manager who can own and streamline statutory and regulatory compliance for our clients and support our internal product and operations teams with strong domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track statutory compliances for MSME / Startup clients (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF / ESI, ROC and other applicable laws).
• Review returns, filings and workings prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
• Maintain compliance calendars, documentation and evidence in a structured, digital manner.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (consultants, departments, auditors) as needed.
• Identify compliance risks and suggest process improvements to reduce misses and manual effort.
• Work closely with the product team to give practical inputs on workflows, checklists and dashboards.
• Prepare simple, clear compliance updates and explanations for clients and internal teams.
