Timings : 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead with strong expertise in establishing governance frameworks, documenting data lineage, and managing metadata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading data governance and cataloging tools along with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and best practices.

Conduct comprehensive data lineage documentation and ensure accuracy across systems.

Perform metadata review , enrichment, and validation.

Manage and administer data governance and cataloging tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon , etc.

Collaborate with data stewards and business owners to enforce governance policies.

Ensure adherence to compliance standards including HIPAA , PHI , and other regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvements in data quality, cataloging, and stewardship processes.

Required Experience

8–10 years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage.

Strong understanding of data stewardship, cataloging, and compliance frameworks .

Hands-on experience with one or more data governance tools (Collibra / Alation / Informatica Axon).

Experience working with healthcare datasets or PHI (preferred).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
