PMO / Project Controls Manager / Engineer Experience 8 - 20 years in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC Project / Working Knowledge of Primavera / MSP

About the Role

Maintain a centralized view of all projects and programs, Prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, and resource availability.

Responsibilities

• Development of Organization and Work Breakdown Structure, Project controls plan and associated procedures
• Preparation of Cost Control Procedures, Cash Flow forecast and Earned Value Analysis
• Monitoring and Managing project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and opportunities
• Track KPIs across projects (cost, schedule, scope, quality) and Accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates, reports, and risk registers
• Collaboration with project managers and engineers and Identify performance trends and recommend corrective measures
• Liaise with PMC, EPCM, Contractors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals

Qualifications

Education details : Electrical / Civil / Mechnical

Required Skills

Working Knowledge of Primavera / MSP

Preferred Skills

Experience in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC Project
