Job descriptionManage a high-value GCC client portfolio with superior service delivery and satisfaction. Monitor portfolio quality, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal norms. Partner with product, operations, treasury, credit, and risk teams to create tailored solutions for GCC clients. Provide market insights, business strategies, and growth updates to senior management. Track trends in the Financial GCC space to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges.

Position- Relationship Manager- GCC Clients (Global Capability Center)
Experience- 6-10 Years
Location- Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Acquire new Financial GCC clients and expand the Banks portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GCC clients and their parent entities.
- Act as the primary contact to understand transaction flows, banking needs, borrowing requirements, treasury / forex needs, surplus deployment (TDs), and coordinate Corporate Salary solutions.
