Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD).
• Lead and contribute to ServiceNow architecture discussions and solution design.
• Develop and maintain complex workflows, scripts, and automation using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Create and manage integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
• Design user-friendly UI elements using HTML, CSS, and Service Portal.
• Develop ServiceNow Playbooks and implement case management solutions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
