Energy Assessment Engineer

Applications are invited for the position of Energy Assessment Engineers for the Kotak-IITM Save Energy Mission (KISEM) at IIT Ropar. The primary objective of this project is to conduct an energy assessment for MSMEs to enhance their energy efficiency and reduce their overall carbon footprints. The selected person will be involved in carrying out the activities listed in the 'responsibilities' section.

Responsibilities

Collect and record data during Energy Assessment. In discussion with the Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), analyze the data and provide energy conservation measures (ECMs). In consultation with CEA, write the report in accordance with approved KISEM standards. Maintain the Assessment Equipment (Instruments) with valid calibration certificates.

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical. Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA (55% marks or 5.5 CGPA for SC / ST) in their bachelor's program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus.

Preferred Experience : 0-3 years.

Salary : ₹ 25,000 – ₹ 45,000 per month.
