Profile

We are looking for an experienced AI leader with a strong background in implementing and monetizing AI solutions across customer-facing and internal business functions. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on expertise with open-source AI technologies and a proven ability to drive AI adoption at scale. The individual should have a track record of building and leading AI teams, working cross-functionally with stakeholders, and delivering AI-driven business impact. They should be highly strategic yet hands-on, capable of balancing innovation with execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate AI strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Role

This role requires a technically sound AI leader who can define and execute an AI strategy, integrate AI solutions into key business areas, and lead teams to successfully deploy AI-driven innovations. You will work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, operations, customer care, and finance to ensure AI delivers measurable business impact. Must have

• AI Strategy & Leadership : Experience in defining and executing AI strategies that align with business goals.
• AI Development & Implementation : Hands-on expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI APIs.
• AI Monetization : Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.
• Customer-Facing AI : Experience with AI-driven vision systems, chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
• Internal AI Optimization : Knowledge of AI-driven automation for finance, operations, and customer care.
• Team Leadership : Experience in managing AI / ML teams, fostering innovation, and driving AI literacy across the organization.
• Open-Source & On-Premise AI : Strong understanding of open-source AI adoption and cost-effective AI deployment strategies.
