The Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Co-founder who brings both strategic firepower and belief.
Someone ready to put real skin in the game, financially and emotionally, to build something that can reshape marketing psychology. This is a founder-level role with 10% equity and an initial capital commitment(~15L)
You’ll :
Build revenue channels and partnerships with brands, agencies, and VCs.
Drive revenue from consulting, workshops, and collaborations.
Help design the monetization roadmap for our ecosystem.
Co-lead the company alongside the founding team, shaping its next decade.
Work without salary initially, sharing the same structure as the existing founder, true ownership, shared sacrifice, shared upside.
Equity & Vesting
Equity : 10% ownership in The Buyer’s Mind
Vesting : Over 3 years with a 6-month cliff (no equity if exiting before 6 months)
50% equity vests in the first 18 months
The remaining 50% vests quarterly over the next 18 months
Salary : None until either :
a) Company reaches ₹1 Cr in annual revenue, or
b) We raise the round of funding (Angel / VC).
Profit Share : An Additional 10% commission on every deal you close.
Both founders operate with equal structure , i.e., no salary, full accountability, and shared equity-based reward.
