Commercial Underwriting - US Mortgage

Responsibilities :

• Provide analytical support in the underwriting and closing of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans.
• Review financial statements, rent rolls, and property operating data to assess credit risk and loan eligibility.
• Support underwriting activities for securitizations and affordable housing loans.
• Perform due diligence, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth loan processing and closure.
• Prepare underwriting memos, summaries, and detailed reports for decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Underwriting within the US Mortgage domain

Qualification : Graduate (Any discipline)
