Technical Sales Representative

Roles & responsibilities :

• Responsible for handle existing customers through daily customer visit.
• Responsible to provide appropriate product recommendation against customer specification.
• Take care of all correspondence related to samples and finding technical solutions.
• Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.
• Promote the company product range using dedicated promotion tools.
• Responsible for business development & analysis competitor strategies.
• Ensure company presence on customer site.
• Maintain the good relation with customers and take care of customer satisfaction with loyalty, honesty and ethics.
• Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks with the wider sales and account management team in the weekly meeting.
• Monitor competitor activity and new developments.
