We are looking for a highly tech-savvy, reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to run the full backend operations of our Amazon & Flipkart reseller business. This is a hands-on role where you will manage listings, stock, logistics, operations, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central (listings, orders, reports, reimbursements, returns analysis)
- Track stock, suggest re-orders, coordinate purchase planning
- Handle end-to-end logistics from brand → 3PL warehouse
- Coordinate daily with 3PL (inbounds, outbounds, status updates, issues, TAT tracking)
- Telecalling & confirmation for Shopify orders
- Maintain & update Google Sheets dashboards + CRM
- Analyse sales reports, identify fast-moving SKUs, high-return SKUs, and operational gaps
- Access email & manage all communications with brands, QuickShift, and internal teams
- Send accounting reports, GST docs, and marketplace financials to our accountant
- Maintain operational discipline across all backend tasks
- Act as the single point of contact for the entire e-commerce backend
