HR Technology Consultant

Skills : Oracle HCM / work Day HCM / Peoplesoft HCM willing to ready for Darwin Box HCM, HR processes : Core HR, payroll,(Mandetory) leave, attendance, performance management, 2 end to end implementations and experience in Middle East (UAE) project.

Functional Consultant

• Must have done at least 2-3 end-to-end payroll implementations
• Hands-on experience in design, configuration and testing (incl parallel runs) of Payroll using any Tier-1 product
• Should have decent customer facing English communication skills. Mandatory
• Must be willing to learn Darwinbox HCM / Payroll in a short span and get started with project work (no more than 2 weeks for trainings)
