Job descriptionStrong Python NLP experience (HuggingFace, BERT family, Sentence Transformers etc.) Experience with embeddings, similarity, or semantic search Understanding of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant etc.) Experience with classification / ranking models Familiarity with geolocation / geospatial data (distance calculation, filtering, clustering) Experience in deploying ML models Experience with multilingual text Exposure to transformer-based architectures Experience with lightweight inference optimization Basic knowledge of recommendation systems 1–4 years hands-on experience in NLP / ML Strong grasp of ML fundamentals Demonstrated projects in text or ranking models Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
As an ML Engineer, you will design and develop :
- NLP pipelines for user inputs
- Geolocation-based ML components
- Ranking & matching algorithms
- Embedding-based similarity systems
- Data preprocessing and model evaluation workflows
