Ecommerce Quality Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

E-commerce Quality Analyst

with strong

E-commerce

experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our online stores . Hands-on experience with

Magento

and / or

BigCommerce

platforms will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive testing of all e-commerce functionalities, including product listings, search, cart, checkout, and payment flows.

Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies across desktop and mobile platforms.

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and project delivery.

Create, manage, and execute

test plans ,

test cases , and

automation scripts .

Oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.

Maintain accurate QA documentation, test reports, and project status updates.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-up meetings as part of Agile project execution.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, QA tools, and best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications :

2–4 years of experience

in

E-commerce QA.

Strong understanding of

QA methodologies ,

web development , and

e-commerce workflows .

Experience with

Magento

and / or

BigCommerce

platforms (preferred).

Hands-on experience with

Agile / Scrum

methodologies and tools such as

Jira ,

Confluence , or similar.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Effective communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.

Experience with

API testing

or

automation tools

is a plus.
