Experience : 3+ years in Windows Administration, including Hyper-V and MS Cluster Administration.

Troubleshooting : Extensive skills for Windows OS, Cluster, Performance issues, RDP, and Hyper-V. This includes the ability to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and analyze dump files.

Clustering : Strong knowledge of MS Failover Cluster installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Windows OS : End-to-end support for Server 2016 up to 2025.

Patching : Good experience with Windows and Hyper-V host patching.

Networking Knowledge : Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.

Tools : Experience with MS tools like Perfmon, procmon, and netmon.
