We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design and implement a biometric face recognition module integrated with our HRMS (Human Resource Management System). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in computer vision, Python frameworks, and database :

• Develop and optimise face detection and recognition algorithms using OpenCV, Dlib, and Face Recognition libraries.
• Build Python-based web services (Flask / Django) to integrate biometric data with the HRMS database.
• Create and maintain employee registration, attendance tracking, and reporting modules.
• Handle real-time camera feed processing and data validation for recognition accuracy.
• Ensure data security, access control, and system performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams for system integration and deployment.
