Role Description
The F5 Network Support Engineer - L3 will manage and support F5 networks, addressing complex technical issues and ensuring optimal performance and security. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting critical concerns, managing F5 infrastructure, configuring F5-based solutions, and assisting in security architecture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, offering an opportunity to work in a highly specialized IT environment.

- Maintenance Window Assistance
- F5 support case assistance Support Case Assistance
- Collaboration with F5 Support
- Weekly review of open support cases, status updates and recommended next steps.
- RCA Reports and Post Incident Reviews
- Recommendations for mitigative and corrective actions to avoid issues from recurring
- Quarterly CVE Reviews
Experience
5+ years of relevant Experience is mandatory
Qualifications
Expertise in Network Administration and Network Engineering, ensuring efficiency and scalability of F5 Networks systemsProficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex issuesStrong experience in Network Security to address vulnerabilities and implement secure protocolsStrong Knowledge of F5 technologies, including configuration and maintenance skills, is highly desirableAbility to manage and prioritize tasks, with commitment to providing exceptional supportRelevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified Administrator, CCNA / CCNP) are advantageousStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
